Who we are
HexQL Design is the trading name of Mario Dobaj s.p., a sole proprietor registered in Slovenia. Full business details are listed on the imprint page. For any privacy-related question, contact mario.dobaj@gmail.com.
What we don't collect
This site does not use:
- Analytics or tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Advertising or marketing cookies
- Third-party embeds that track you (no YouTube/Twitter iframes, no chat widgets)
- Fingerprinting or session-replay tools
Fonts are bundled and served from this domain — no requests are made to Google or other third parties when you load a page.
What we do collect
Server logs
Like every web server, ours records standard request data: your IP address, the URL requested, your user agent, and the timestamp. These logs are kept for a short period (typically 14–30 days) for security and debugging, then deleted.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Email correspondence
If you email us (e.g. via the address on the homepage), we receive and store your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Threads are kept for as long as is reasonably needed for the project at hand, and removed on request.
Legal basis: consent and/or pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
Client dashboard (logged-in area)
If you are an active client with access to the project dashboard at /dashboard, we set two strictly-necessary cookies: a session cookie (wayflow_session) used to keep you logged in, and a small selection cookie (taskmgmt_selection) used to remember which project you were last viewing. Both are first-party, set only after you log in, and exempt from cookie-consent requirements as they are required for the service to function.
Where data is stored
Email is hosted with our standard email provider. Project data (when applicable) is stored on infrastructure located in the EU/EEA. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email mario.dobaj@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) at ip-rs.si.
Changes to this policy
If anything material changes (e.g. we add an analytics tool, or a new processor), we will update this page and bump the “last updated” date above.
